Sansiddh and Dhruv met as engineers who shared a frustration with how slowly technology was improving the everyday experience of healthcare. Rather than beginning with a product idea, they began by spending time with the people doing the work.

Inside clinics, they saw staff moving critical information between faxes, forms, phone calls, and EHRs. The work was repetitive, but it demanded care. Every delay affected a patient, a clinician, or someone trying to keep the practice moving.

Diagna grew from a simple belief: technology should understand the realities of healthcare teams and quietly make their work easier. We continue to build that way today, staying close to our customers, listening carefully, and improving alongside them.
